Looks like little green Space-Men
Plants have long woody stems with leathery, somewhat succulent, leaves. Produces 6 to 20 smallish, yellow-green, star-like flowers.

Tridactyle - This is one of the larger genera of African angrecoid orchids, with more than 40 species in tropical and southern Africa. Tridactyle species have a three-lobed lip, often with two or more of the lobes having fringes.
