Four spikes with 21 flowers.

Greenish cream ground colour, streaked and spotted with amroon on the dorsal sepal and petals. Lateral sepals striated and dotted with soft rose pink. Lip lilac pink. Very noticeable magnificent crystalline texture. Dorsal and petals covered with fine maroon hairs.

Sparkling purple-red flowers with a darker lip and maroon-red throat. Good form and well arranged on the spike.

One stem of one flower. Stem length 165 mm. Good reddish paph. Nice clean white dorsal edge. Rest of the dorsal well shaped and coloured. Petals and pouch reasonable.

One stem of one flower. Stem length 220 mm. Very fine flower in the tan colourline with very broad petals and perfect dorsal. Petals curve forward too much. Especiallly long stem.

One cut stem of 16 flowers and one bud. Stem length 950 mm. Good variety. Better than average of hundreds of meristems seen. Partucularly long spike with flat flowers with minimum furling.

One spike, 135 mm long with one flower.

Good broad flower with a white dorsal with a  white small  centre, brown sulcus and small green centre radiating spots. Green-tan petals with brown overlay on upper half and a central brown line. The pouch is even green-tan. Well shaped dorsal sepal and pouch. Stem a little short.

Judged by SAOC on 3 February 1985

Ns 34 mm; Ds 7 x 15  mm; Ps 8 x 17 mm; Lip 12 x 23 mm.
 

5 spikes with 58 flowers and 45 buds on each spike. Max stem length 365 mm. A large excellently grown plant, only one very ;ong spike perfectly arranged. Large flowers with all segments pure white and scarlet column. Very good shape. Best grown and largest plant yet presented.
